While Indianapolis Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson will have the opportunity to remain the starter, GM Chris Ballard says he's going to have to win a competition.

At the NFL Combine, Colts' GM Chris Ballard provided an update on RT Braden Smith, who wants to continue playing football.

Ballard wants to bring in a QB to "create real competition ... (someone) who can really challenge from a production standpoint, too.”
