GAINESVILLE, Ga. (WKRC) - Two women who ran a day care out of their home were arrested for allegedly giving the children in their care "high" amounts of Benadryl and melatonin before nap time.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has not approved Benadryl, which contains the active ingredient diphenhydramine, to treat anxiety. The medication is also not intended for long-term use.
