The incident occurred at Adivali at approximately 12.35pm when an overhead wire became entangled with the pantograph of a train engine, resulting in the overhead equipment (OHE) being damaged.

UPDATE: As of 4:39 p.m. crews continue to repair overhead wire near Hammond Gateway ... that delays may be possible as trains resume service. UPDATE: As of 2:45 p.m., all trains remain stopped.
