  1. Elbow Stretches

Here are some elbow stretches you can do:
    • Place a towel roll under your elbow and a weight on your wrist with the palm facing up. Let gravity straighten your elbow. Hold in this position 1 minute. Release tension and repeat 4 times.
    • Straighten your arm with your palm facing down and bend your wrist so that your fingers point down. Gently pull your hand toward your body until you feel a stretch on the outside of your forearm. Hold the stretch for 15 seconds. Repeat 5 times, then perform this stretch on the other arm.
    • Sit in a chair with your elbow resting on a table. Straighten your elbow out all the way, and then apply pressure to your forearm or wrist to add pressure to the stretch. Straighten your elbow out as far as you can with pressure, and hold the stretch for five to 10 seconds. Release the stretch and allow your elbow to bend a bit.
    • Extend your arm in front of your body with your elbow straight and your palm down. Lightly push your hand downwards with your unaffected hand until a stretch is felt in the wrist or forearm area. Hold this position for 30 seconds before releasing it and complete two to three repetitions. Do this at least five times each day.
