Henrik Fisker (born 10 August 1963) [1] is a Danish automotive designer and entrepreneur based in Los Angeles, California, US. He is best known as the founder of Fisker Automotive and Fisker Inc, and as a designer of luxury cars.
Henrik Fisker cofounded electric vehicle startup Fisker Inc., which listed on the NYSE via a SPAC merger in 2020. He owns about 20% of the company. An auto designer, he styled a BMW roadster for James Bond, luxury cars for Aston Martin and was a design consultant for Elon Musk's Tesla.
California-based Fisker aims to develop the most “emotionally desirable and eco-friendly” electric vehicles on earth. It was founded in 2016 by Henrik Fisker and his wife, Dr Geeta Gupta-Fisker.
Henrik Fisker is on his second try with his new company, Fisker Inc., and he’s feeling confident he won’t need a third. Like Ford, Fisker thinks he sees a hole in today’s market for a practical, affordable electric vehicle.
