If anyone says, "I love God," yet hates his brother, he is a liar. For anyone who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen. And he has given us this command: Whoever loves God must also love his brother." 1 John 4:20-21 New International Version

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. Great peace have those who love your law, and nothing can make them stumble. As a shepherd looks after his scattered flock when he is with them, so will I look after my sheep.
